Join us for a powerful, yet relaxing time of group meditation each week! We typically start the meditation about 10 minutes in to avoid interruptions from anyone arriving a little late due to traffic, etc. We talk as a group about what we’d like to have for the focus or intention of the meditation, and that intention is woven in to the imagery used to guide the group into meditation, then we have 20 minutes or more of silence to allow our inner journeys to take whatever path makes sense for each of us. We come out of meditation by 8pm.
There is no charge, but a donation of appreciation ($5) would be appreciated and helpful to cover administrative costs.
