EPIC Renewal, LLC (formerly EPIC Renewal Concepts, Inc) is focused on helping clients achieve External Peace and Internal Calm in natural, holistic, effective ways. We thrive on informing and facilitating natural methods to help people renew their healthy mind / body balance so they can achieve their ultimate potential of health, success and happiness.

EPIC Renewal was established by Jenny Battig, who is a Certified Interpersonal Hypnotherapist, Trainer, Coach, Speaker, and Author. After 10+ years of serving hundreds of clients (as Hypnotherapy by Jenny), primarily along the Space Coast of Central Florida, Jenny realized the need to expand the options for how she could best help even more people more effectively, so the concept of Hypno-Coaching and Hypno Huddles was born. She recognized that the interaction with many of her clients felt more like coaching than therapy because they were benefiting from aspects of the session when they weren’t even hypnotized. She also felt more people would be receptive to the idea of being coached vs going to ‘therapy’ to try and achieve some change they’d been struggling with, and these benefits could be used in a group format and over videoconferencing more easily than several traditional hypnotherapy protocols.

Jenny received her hypnotherapy training from the only licensed hypnotherapy school in the state of Florida, the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy. This training is the most in depth education available for hypnotherapy and the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists, which Jenny has been certified through since 2013, has the highest requirements for certification.

Prior to deciding to open her own practice / business, Jenny was a human factors / systems engineer for more than 15 years, helping bridge the gap between what the software engineers were capable of producing and what the end users really needed to be able to do their jobs better. You might say it’s a big leap to go from being an engineer to a hypnotherapist, but there are some common threads in that both involve helping people achieve more success and happiness and both typically involve some form of facilitating or mediating between different ways of thinking. In engineering it was with different groups of people, in EPIC Renewal it’s within ones own mind that there is conflict or confusion that is keeping the person from achieving their optimal potential. At some point, helping figure out how to design a user interface or the functionality of a software application to help someone be more efficient in their job just wasn’t quite enough and she found hypnotherapy and a few other related techniques that have the potential to truly change lives in a much more powerful way, so it became her new passion that has now become a reality!

Jenny also strives to be earth-friendly and self-sufficient, for her own health and daily living, which led her to find an amazing, high quality, pure Essential Oil company, which you can read more about on the Essential Oils page of this website. Jenny is a big believer in using these essential oils to maintain health and even be more natural and safe about products for household cleaning, laundry, etc. Feel free to ask her if you have any questions about what the oils can do. She may even have some suggestions for oils that can compliment the changes you are looking for as well.

Jenny’s mission in life is to help people understand and tap into the power they have within their own subconscious to achieve their dreams and live a happy, healthy, balanced, and peaceful life.
